For 15 years Richard Morgan Landscapes have been maintaining commercial sites such as private retirement developments, housing association estates and offices.
We understand each site and contract is different and we can tailor each agreement to suit the site. We carry out a variety of garden maintenance duties including lawn mowing, lawn care, tree and shrub pruning, border and footpath maintenance, gritting of footpaths in the winter and snow clearing of roads to provide emergency access (even the odd swimming pool clean, light bulb change and TV retune for residents if that is what is needed!).
We are personable and flexible to meet all parties’ needs and work closely with secretary’s and wardens to achieve this. It is important to us that we build a good relationship with residents and are considerate to their requirements
